Impact testing

Forming and testing of the impact test samples occurs after the technical delivery specifications of the material in bond with the proper test standard.

The impact test with steel, iron and other metal materials provides:

1. Examination of specified quality
2. Evaluation of the behavior after rupture under the determined load conditions in DIN 50115/ DIN EN 10045.1 /DIN-EN-ISO148.1

Approved according to DIN EN ISO 148, and NIST / ASTM we can smash all samples with a working capacity of up to 450J.

It is not possible to derive calculation for strength with the data from the impact test and there is no secured data for shearing behavior of steel.

Impact test samples are manufactured and tested in all kinds of common shapes.
