The range of tests at Werkstoffprüfung Kunze GmbH extends not only to screws and nuts, but also includes a wide selection for all other steels and components. Our expertise ranges from coating thickness determination using electronic, magnetic or gravimetric methods to hardness curves of hardened parts or weld seams.
As part of damage analyses or to identify hydrogen embrittlement in metals, we rely not only on light and digital microscopy, but also on precise scanning electron microscopy. This enables us to gain detailed insights into the material properties and recognise any damage at an early stage.
