Notched bar impact test

Testing the notched bar impact strength

The notched bar impact test is of crucial importance for checking prescribed toughnesses. It provides insights into the material behaviour under impact stress.

Our notched-bar impact hammer is approved to both DIN and NIST/ASTM and has a maximum energy capacity of 450 joules.
