Precise sampling is crucial for accurate test results. We specialise in working out tensile and notched bar impact specimens as well as various other test specimens. This ensures that the samples are taken from exactly the right places.
Unfortunately, we found that some of the external samples were taken incorrectly, which led to inaccurate test results.
We are therefore pleased to be able to offer our customers a comprehensive service, from sample collection, sampling and production through to the test results. Our facilities include various saws with a cutting range of up to 750 mm x 560 mm. We also have two CNC machining centres, three CNC lathes and a state-of-the-art water jet cutting system at our disposal to process the samples with the utmost precision.
